A Month of Many Firsts and Fun

We went to the "Pop-Up" Park at Edward's Greenhouse. It was nice to play on the grass in the warmth!

Poor Mickey had a hard time with his shots this last time and it took about 5 days for him to start feeling better. Now he has one droopy ear and one that stands up. :( He loves his car seat though!

Sawyer asks me to take pictures of him all the time and then immediately wants to see it. Usually at the gym.

First time ice skating as a family! Sawyer hated it but he looked so cute in his little skates! Cate was a daredevil and kept running into people and Sophie's love of rollerblading paid off. It was a fun night with our neighbors!

Cate has been figuring out harmony to songs on the radio while we are in the car. She says mom, you sing your part and I'll sing mine! She is also still playing the piano by ear, figuring out the melody with her right hand and then chords with the other. I am overwhelmed because I know she is very gifted and I want her to excel but we can't afford to put her in all the classes we should. We are signing her with a talent agency in Salt Lake and the plan is to go down there once a month or so for a gig and then use that money for her classes. We will see if this works out or not but we thought it was worth a try! Here are her first headshots:

Phil's mom always takes the kids to JC Penney once a year for pictures. It turned out pretty great this year!
