Thanksgiving on the Farm

My Aunt Karen and Uncle Jim have a dairy farm in Grace, ID and that's where all the Goodsell Fam met this year for Thanksgiving. The roads were pretty icy and it was a scary trip but once we got there we had a blast. Lots of fun with family we don't get to see all that often. Sophie played the entire time with my cousin's little girl, Naomi, who is about the same age. We got to snowmobile and stayed at a hotel in Lava Hot Springs. Thanks to Aunt Karen for the amazing food. I'm thinking if Phil gets deployed that might be a perfect time to go stay there and learn how to cook!

Here are a few things I'm especially thankful for this year: my beautiful healthy girls, our perfect little house, my hardworking husband and loving friends and family.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Sweet Angel Baby

I can't believe Caitlin is 2 months old! She is so sweet and sleeps from about 11 pm till about 6 am every night. I am so lucky! She was 9 lbs. 8 oz. at her 2 month check up and she actually fits into her clothes. Sophie NEVER did. She just swam in them. Caitlin is also getting super cute. This will be proven by the following pictures:

2 Days of Halloween

Sophie has enough candy to last all year after 2 truck-or-treats on Saturday and trick-or-treating on Sunday!

Even though she wanted to be a "mean" witch I just couldn't find it in me to paint her sweet little face so she was just a cute witch. She had a blast with cousins and always said thank you after getting candy.

And this is what happens when witches don't get naps!
