Operation Domestic Tara

I'm determined to learn how to cook, sew, and become crafty. Luckily, I have lots of friends and family who are willing to help me. This week my mom and Becca helped me make really cute spiders out of shiny pipe cleaners and pom poms for the table decorating contest at our ward Halloween party. I am also proud to announce I made my first ever pie from scratch. My friend Therese helped me make the most delicious banana cream pie I've EVER tasted. She's also teaching me how to cook once a week and I trade by giving her son TJ piano lessons. And Phil's dad helped me make an apple pie. Next: making gravy from scratch and Christmas crafts. Any ideas?

I wish i was more crafty. My crafty friend moved away :( You're lucky to have someone who'll trade with you like that. wish I could have tasted that pie too!

Go visit the Grace Hubbards, or have one of them visit you. They are professional gravy makers!
